I have been a bit busy this past week. So I have been playing catch up on the blog tonight. I have done six posts tonight, so scroll down and check out my "March Madness". 
Hali is so excited to be five. The past couple of weeks she has brought to my attention how much she is growing. She pointed out how her heel was off the back of her flip-flops and how she now has to duck in grandma's playroom. I have been telling her that I don't think I can let her be five and she told me that I can't stop her from growing up. Oh how I wish I could! She is such a blessing to our family. I love you Hali bug! Happy Birthday.

Was it really five years ago?! I remember coming with Amber to see you in the hospital when you had her! She's so pretty! I love her long hair!
Hali is such a beautiful little girl, you guys are soo blessed! And you are an amazing mother, I wish I could be as creative as you, but instead I will just borrow your ideas for the future if you don't mind. I truly believe you are a great mother, and your family is soo blessed because of you!

I love all of your posts! Oh my goodness Mindy! I want to come to one of your kids birthday parties. :) I would have to say I am a lot like you though. I always want to go all out with everything. I was laughing about the list thing because I do that too. Brynlie's birthday isn't until August and I have been making myself not think about it yet even though I want too! HAHA! It is so hard to make yourself tone things down a bit but I know I have to make myself sometimes! But just think of the great memories you are making for your kids! They will always remember all the work you did to make everything so great for them. There is nothing wrong with showing them a great time as long as it doesn't stress you out too much!
I love the pizza cake! What a great idea! I will have to keep that one in mind!

Hey Mindy, I tried the lecithin in my recipe instead of oil. It's good. I can't tell a ton of difference. Matt freaked when he had a peice, but he does everytime I make a batch. It's cute. But it was really good. I'm curious to here if raisin juice will make any difference in your recipe.
Ok, I just had another piece. It's really good. I think it made the crust softer... I'll have to have you taste it. I don't know! I'm eating it with honey so that's making it especially good. Anyway, I'll talk to you later. Maybe I'll have a third piece and leave you another comment!
