We went to the Mascot Bowl on Monday night. It was so much fun! The 8th grade football team played against a team of mascots.
Celebrity quarterbacks for the Mascots included Craig Bolerjack, Alema Harrington, and Aaron Boone. Some of the mascots on the team were the Jazz Bear, Grizbee of the Utah Grizzlies, Swoop from the University of Utah, BYU's Cosmo, Weber State University's Waldo, the Phoenix Suns' Gorilla, Chief of the Blaze, and Salt Lake Bees' Bumble. The Mascot team also included two NFL mascots from the Denver Broncos and the Philadelphia Eagles.
The kids loved running out on the field and getting their pictures taken with the mascots.
